Default Reinstalled and Can't use patcher/ No files on forums

For whatever reason that patcher does not work at all. On any of my PCs. Where is the thread that just had the files you can download? Can't play.

Although the patcher is designed to help, it is not required.

For the files required to play, you can always check the latest patch notes.

I have that. The problem I am having is that the icons from that are all Fucked up because They are not set to the p99 default. so all the icons are from different spells. I downloaded the default UI even though this is a fresh install. I have this problem everytime I try to play here. I'm just going to give up rather than go through this mess again to play on a server with eight people.

All righty.

Sounds like you are not following the instructions. If you choose to try again, you should try posting some screenshots, or detail your problems more clearly through text.
