Rip Heresy - Red Dawn - Force and others. Variance could have saved you
These guilds went from creation into instantly getting corpse camped in the planes, the new system gives new guilds practically no chance.
With variance we could have so many guilds rolling around and players !. let us take a moment to remember those that never had a chance due to a shitty system that promotes zerg to win.

Wow original quote I haven't seen that one before.
Variance wouldn't have saved heresy. PNP may have extended the life of it but I have too much going on in my life to even attempt to lead a guild.

me and my boys have basically every item we could want. I am just trying to look out for new comers who aren't comfortable with going easy mode.

Pretty sure the newcomers are enjoying slaying some dragons with the simulated repops. Doubt they'd be up for massive poopsocking, they'd probably quit. Variance horrible for casuals, bad for the server population.

Heresy was not griefed, Nihilum killed us once after a PvE wipe in Hate and they left. PVP SERVER OMGAWD. Luckily we are all veterans and didn't create 300 variance threads as a result.
Rexx is a great guy, but his play time at that time was an hour or few a day if he was lucky. He was Guild Leader by title only. Quoting him just proves your an obsessive faggot who cant grasp EQ PVP.

PvPing with veterans like Silik10, Dacuk, Ames, Lewis, Basiah, Grimtoad, and Chopper was a blast. We used to yell GET IN THE VAN! as we sniped Nihilum members with our undergeared/underleveled/outnumbered crew. It was so fun, calm and organized, that the rookies we had with us followed along extraordinarily and followed directions eggcelently.
Would do again. Would also laugh at people who ask for blue rule sets as a result of losing PvP again.
