This did not affect anything for PvE, it was PvP only.

Theft of Thought would not work casting on an NPC target with no mana.

Someone one should look over these patch notes to make sure the original poster is not leaving out anything detrimental to his own guild

And if you meant select omissions out of all the changes in the game's patch history, well...the onus is on you to bring those to light. Your whining indicates that you have at least the motive to do so.

Nizzar is guilty three times now of selecting changes from patch notes and leaving others un mentioned to make changes that benefit him under the guise of wanting things to be classic. His account should be red flagged.

T-staff was never as broken on live as it was on this server. The stun lasted maybe a second or two tops.
This post is confusing. Which era are you talking about? In classic my t-staff lasted nearly 18 seconds nearly every time.
