some of you need therapy though

We could all benefit from some level of therapy if the counselor is good, especially if it was free, and the only opportunity cost was an hour of your time bi-weekly (about as far out as they’ll space it), and considering if the person didn’t notice a benefit after giving it the ole college try then can just stop going any time they want
The problem is private insurance has a co-pay sometimes so now you are weighing out on is this benefit worth this co-pay and that’s an entirely different question
And no this isn’t an argument for socialized medicine still
Edit: a lot of jobs offer EAP that covers like 6-8 sessions for free. So if you have private insurance and your work offers it you can just do your free sessions if the shit ever hit the fan in your life
