I haven't been able to find one for sale in weeks and see Ebon Maces all the time.

yeah, its supposed to be a rare drop but ive seen a few every now and then.

It's supposed to be the 22.5% drop rate, regular rare, not the 2.5% ultra rare - that's the ebon mace. Or "should" be.
