A Raid Force is 12 or more players - Again we are talking about the RAID TARGET, if you only have a couple of players and want to attack players thats fine, but you cant interfere with the raid target unless you have a RAID FORCE

a raid force is 12 or more players, a raid target is a mob that takes 12 or more players to kill, which KD does not.

post the logs of this happening. logs easily show KD has been killed consistently with less than 12.

no one on either server has killed statue with fewer than 12 people.
