I do not have the authority to tell you what Anon/FoH will or won't be doing in Fear. However I do know that golems are not considered raid mobs regardless of having an engage message even now according to Sirken's post here:

means you cannot claim, lets say Fright, like you can claim the assassin camp in lower guk by keeping placeholders down. Golem's appear to be treated like Lodizal, hence why you see the poopsocking you mentioned.

Nilbog: Several npcs are now immune to changes in movement speed. Is there any further detail ?

I thought nothing was supposed to have specific immunities until the Nov 2001 patch or so.
