Minor vanity surgeries like boob jobs, nose jobs etc can be described as attempts to make oneself a more desirable sex object I guess, but it's a stretch. It's more likely an issue of personal vanity than a power exchange. I do think there's a certain indignity to them when your appearance already falls within normal bounds but I was fortunate enough to be born 10/10 so I won't throw stones about a temptation I never had to face. The big difference is that although likely a waste of resources, these minor procedures are a quick stop on the path to continuing living your life.
