Hi, wondering what other main/off hand items have that red blinky blink like glowing black stone.

I know there is another that drops off spiders in DL, anything else?? INT caster usable too.

With no martial training I believe it would be impossible for you to wield, however the Essence of Dol does have the pulsing red glow you describe. Perhaps in another life?
