I have a quick questions.

Since home cities are the origin of a race's combat operations, when they are conquered the race is eliminated. Now in terms of victory, would that require you to control all territories as stated, which would take a long time. Or just to eliminate all competition?

Also any word on wether Druid rings/Wizard spires can be used for launching combat operations into connecting zones? If this becomes part of ruleset I've got some good strategies for our Dark Elven Empire, or should Ogres and Trolls accept being vassal states, our Evil Empire, One Nation under Innoruk.

I think the best scenario would be for a time limit (2-4 weeks) and the team with the most zones at the end wins. If you lose your home town you are defeated and therefore cannot own any zones and the ones you did own turn into neutral zones for the taking. Having a time limit would help avoid stalemates and allow the losers to get back into the action quicker.
