Just saying someone said they had the spell on beta / reported to me it was requiring belly cast.

I was a wiz with this spell during Velious and I would be nuking Yelinak from outside his gated area even, pretty much didnt even move more than 15 paces from where I was COH'd in

Wizards with Dragonsbane get really boring, you literally do not do anything but cast 1 spell all while eating mod rods/harvest/have a dedicated necro dumping you
