Quest Issue: Test Of Heart

Hello ,

I've encountered an issue with the Necromancer Test of Heart Quest in PoS.

It seems the NPC for the quest Dugass Helpyre will not spawn or the quest seems broken at the point when going through the script with Drakis Bloodcaster.

Jzil will however spawn and works correctly for the Test of Flight quest.

I've petitioned this , and Amelinda promptly responded and suggested that I post this issue here for the Dev's to look at.

I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
