spells arnt suppose to do any damage to people on boats

how would you cast a spell on a boat? It's constantly moving. Unless you mean casting on someone who's on a boat, while you're on the dock or something.

Several people are levitating in said zones (OOT for Example) when the boat zones in, they are casting spells, sending pets in on people on the boats usually before they can react (people on the boat that is)... So you have spells/pets etc.. on you and can do nothing but jump off the boat... Cheap way to grief kids, but a way to do it nevertheless.

Man, pvping to grief people in OOT and having their corpses stuck mid air doesn't sounds like some manchild's hardon fantasy.
