How long getting IP exemptions usualy take?

Hey guys just started playing a couple days ago and just curious how long it usualy takes to get an IP exemption to allow for other people in the house to play. I kinda got my mum addicted to it again :P and sharing play time is kinda pain :P haha.
I posted for an IP exemption 4 days ago so was just wondering long they usualy takes. i know it will probaly be a little longer being the holidays and all.

Also is she like most other mum's/girlfriends/etc and likes to play a class that can buff/heal? Just curious.

I put in for an exemption like 4 or 5 months ago and have seen nothing so, who knows.

Did both of us need to submit something? I guess I thought if my message had both of our names and account information that would be enough.
