I mean if you want to get real fucking Texan about it, the KKK came from Montgomery County and their list, in order, was Blacks, Jews, and Catholics. They lost the fight against the Catholics first, obviously. Over time they lost the fight against the other two, and now they're just a novelty, a freakshow to be laughed at and made fun of.

austin is proly the worst city in the state now. not just cause of hippie asshats, but the pretentious yuppies that killed that city clinging to their college days. secession won't happen because the state budget, like all state budgets, is dependent upon federal monies distributed through congressional budgets and measures voted and approved of.
