Velious - The Wizard

I wish to level a Wizard for the coming release of the greatest expansion in the history of expansions.

I am aware that the content of Velious has alot of resist mobs. This is causing me great concern.

How does the Wizard fair in zones such as Kael, thurg and the dragon one?
