Miscellaneous: IP Expemption

Hello!

After a little bit of searching I had discovered that I am supposed to post this request here. I am an on and off again player, because of college, but now that I have a good bit more free time I am looking to begin playing once more. My girlfriend is very interested in playing p99 with me and I plan to set her up to play along with.

What needs to be done in order to gain an IP exemption?

We both live in the same dorm in our college. We would be willing to send you any sort of verification of that fact if you wished.

(I have not yet tried to both log in from here, I only assume we need an IP exemption, I am still downloading titanium on her PC)
