@DevGrousis - you have to have an install of the full Titanium client running on Project 1999, and then you run my script (after you point the script to your local install) and it will strip out all the crap from the Titanium install (which is approx 4GB in size) and shrink it to about 1.4GB instead - fully usable with only Project 1999 (up to Velious).

It can go much smaller if you want to remove Kunark & Velious, Sound files, Map files, and other misc things -- but then you'd have to test and retest it alot. This is the most stable and compatible format of a "EQLite" client.

I ran the auto-batch, but for some reason my wolf models aren't working with EQlite. They still work when I run the client from my original Everquest folder. I am trying to figure out what didn't copy over.

I bet it has something to do with the changes they made serverside (a few months ago they made it possible to have the old wolf & skele models)... it may require another file to be kept that I removed by default. I will have to check with the devs - thanks for the heads up MMOHunter!

FIXED!

What I did is leave the growth line in the Global Load:

Quote:
1,0,TFFF,growthplane_chr,Loading Characters
Then. Copy the following files over to EQlite from your Titanium directory:

Quote:
growthplane_chr

So I need to keep the growthplane_chr in my EQLite script - and this will make it work correctly? Cool thanks!

Hmm.. After running your batch file I'm only able to get the original textures working. Anyone else having that issue? I've narrowed it down to exactly that: works fine before removing unnecessary files, then the high res textures don't work.. :/

I use the EQLite batch file to copy everything I need to a RAMDisk and I still have the high res textures. Did you replace the zone files properly?

Interesting.. well I never tested it with the high res textures, but I don't think it should affect anything. Halbar you said it worked after you installed the high res textures?
