Finished! It was epic. Took the day off work to do it. 17 hours of straight reading. Thought our fantasy reading crowd would be all over it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

You guys should try Necromancer: Awakening by Nat Russo.
Very good book, written by a fellow classic EQer. http://www.amazon.com/Necromancer-Aw.../dp/B00JLVOU0U | ||

Just finished another book, starting this one tonight. This series is easily one of my top favorites ever. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] You'll be shocked to know The Stormlight Archive is likely my favorite (:P) but this one is right up there with it.

The Stormlight books are quite good. I have a small degree of dissatisfaction with Brandon Sanderson's larger group of works because he writes some of his stuff so quickly he employs many tropes and liberal use of deus ex machina to resolve complicated plot entanglements. Fortunately, so far, he has given proper time and effort to the Stormlight books; it is developing in to his pinnacle work.
