NPC Spawn Issue: A Giant Wasp

A Giant Wasp should be Spawning in MT outside of the wall. I know they were repurposed for the newbie armor quests, but they used to be used in the bug collection quests (dropped the Giant Wasp Wing).

Fixed, pending update.

-created giant wasp with appropriate loots; they will spawn past the wall in misty
-giant wasps and crookstinger will drop giant wasp wing rarely.

Giant wasps not only hardly ever show up roaming the forest but out of 30 I have now killed not one has had a wing yet.
Back in the day I remember doing this quest around 1 time a day or more if collected a number of fire beetle legs from Qeynos.
the wasps never were this ridiculously rare and nor were there drops for the wings.

most of the common drops so far are exceeding the rareness of the old skool.
not sure if it is intended.
