Default Quad spots for 51 Druid

I am looking for a quad spot for a 51 Druid. Spirocs and blood hills have started going light blue. I like to quad then do my homework while mana regens up so I don't want anything too intense.
Any recommendations?

depending on your gear/mana you might get away with quadding bees in BW?

not even sure if this will be all that great, it looks like some of the bees can range into like the high 30s which would prob be light blue as well.. but im sure if you have like 2k mana pool you could prob quad them...

Its been a long time since i was out in BW quadding..

Dark blue cocks and dogs are great in DL outside KC at that level.

BW has a pretty wide level range. The lowest bees died in 3 nukes from my 52 wiz (so like... 2k hp or fewer), and were very light blue. But scoriae bees are like level 42+ and have 5k hp. All mobs in BW are like that, basically. Wurms have a big range of levels and hp with the same name, but the other mobs at least have a few different tiers of levels/hp you can learn by their names (greater war bone = high level, plague bone = green probably, apes are lower, gorillas are higher, arbors lower, ancients higher, etc).

I found the dark blues I could find in DL, mostly ravishing dogs but also some drolvarg ragers, voracious yeti dudes, some of the birds, was more xp per kill plus you could usually snag some clarity inside KC ent while medding. In terms of HP, ravishing dogs are like 4000+ (but fewer than the highest stuff in BW), while everything else is like 2500-3000 max.

Of course, DL also has been occupied by low-hp-aggro-kiting bards like 75% of the time I've been in the zone in the last few days, whether early morning or primetime.
