There is a new progression server launching this server on live in the summer so now is the best time to do it!. If you wait you may as well wait till next year. We can't launch a new BECAUSE of those new progression servers

P99 came to an agreement with Daybreak Games 2 years (ish) ago where they would be allowed to continue to exist without threat of C&D as long as they did not start new servers as to take from the potential customer base of new Daybreak Games Progression Servers
