Best farming alt
Greetings,
I've rolled a cleric here on Red for its group/guild/raid/pvp utility. Plus I always play priest classes in MMO's. While soloing and grouping for exp are not an issue now or til 60 I realize that without invis, snare, a pet, etc. trying to farm plat, gear, or tradeskill goods is going to be rough if not impossible. I'm curious to hear people's opinions on a class I could use as an alt for farming purposes. The short list I can think of it necro/mage/druid. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Necro is obvious.
Shaman I can see for "trophy" soloing of major mobs for gear but may lack in efficiency of clearing camps or spawns. I am thinking along the lines of farming drops of mercury in steamfont for earthen temper. Enchanter; wouldn't lack of healing create an inefficiency?
