In this thread you were trying to make Naggy even easier. I was the first person to mention that there might be an exploit allowing you to kill Naggy with lower numbers than you should need (after it had already been killed twice). People like Jadian were denying that there was an exploit at all:

In the first thread, Nilbog even says that he wasn't aware of an exploit (suggesting that you certainly didn't report it right away), and even tested various pets/positions to see if he could get the AE to bug out. At no point did you chime in and say what was actually wrong with the encounter. To most people, it looks like you just wanted to exploit it even more.

I can't claim to know what goes on behind the scenes, and I'm sure if Nihilum hasn't been suspended there's a good reason (and if there isn't a good reason, it's definitely not because of GM favoritism, I doubt Rogean even knows anyone in Nihilum), but I hardly think they can claim any moral high ground over Holocaust. Please, prove me wrong, I'd love to have more reason to dislike Holocaust.



Sometimes when you fix things, other things get broken, you idiot. At one point Naggy was (or at least seemed to be, from the raids I attended) fully functional. Run your own server and you might one day understand.

How about you explain why no one manned up and admitted that an exploit was being used, even though in this thread everyone from Nihilum is saying that they knew of an exploit and reported it immediately? Or maybe you can explain how a Bard does over 3000 damage while using their resist song (the resist song, to be most reliable against Naggy's AE, must be played with a drum, something everyone knows). It's obvious the Bard was told not to play resists because the officers present knew the AE's were not going to be an issue. Do you expect me to believe that people just ran out of the AE and ran back in at perfectly well-timed intervals? Okay, if that's the case, then why wouldn't Naggy go after the last person to run out of the AE (the tank, I would imagine)? And if the tank didn't run out of the AE, how could they never get feared? In my experience you need around ~300 MR to have any hope of auto-resisting dragon roar at level 50 (and this is only for fights that last ~1 minute). And how could you possibly have enough healing to cover the amount of damage done in a 13 minute Naggy fight?

Nice try there Japan - but only NILBOG can see who donates and he wasn't home that night OR in communication with either of us. Not to mention the fact that Nilbog doesn't log in unless he absolutely has to. He is the project manager and his job is to make sure that the project goes on. He assigns work to people and it's all about the everquest to him. He really only cares that the players have a great time and experience classic everquest. He doesn't help people or offer favoritism ever. at all.

Against my better judgement i'm going to go ahead and post some stuff here and then i'm going to lock the thread if it continues to degenerate. Assuming Rogean and Nilbog don't murder me for this post :P

My clock is wrong on my computer so can you match this up with what was going on in your logs with OOC/SHOUT and tell me roughly what time to look for - i'll pull it and show you i was right there. you can see in the first quote above that I was specifically watching for Naggy to AE. I keep a PC targetted and watch to see if anyone is feared or i turn my invulnerability off.

So I was there.

And I'll say the same thing to you people who are crying about Nihilum that I always say in this situation:

Quit sitting around crying corruption when you aren't involved in private conversations between myself and rogean and/or myself and nilbog just because we don't stand up ontop of Mount Public Knowledge and shout down
"WE ARE NOW GOING TO WATCH GUILD X. WE BELIEVE THEY ARE CHEATERS." doesn't mean it's not going to happen. It just means it's none of your fucking business.

Instead of assuming that I am partial to any of you people on this server why don't you try assuming that Amelinda is out to give everyone a fair shake because I am. Even if I dislike you I am willing to give you fairness because that's the sort of person I am. And don't fool yourself. I am around all hours of the day. I'm asking for proof that they witnessed a kill with a dragon that was casting fears and breaths is all. The "out on a limb post" only suggests the part of what I've been told by Nihilum members is true that "he EVENTUALLY bugs out".

So here's an excerpt from the first... 2 and a half our so hours of poop socking. I want to see a kill where the breaths and fears are casted.

Until that proof is posted, consider me displeased and a person you shouldn't ask for what I think regarding end game raiding on this server.
