Can't get a loginserver account

I have successfully created and verified a forum account, I have put in my phone number and successfully verified the code that it texted me and was then redirected to step 2 of the process. I will not advance me to step 4, loginserver account. I am assuming I will not be able to log in to the game without these steps being completed but it wont advance me to the next step. Any suggestions?

Ignore the auto redirect/page change.

Instead on the left side is each step linked.

Simply click each one and fill out the info, submit. click the next page link on the left in order. When you get to the last one, it will finish for you correctly.

The coding for the redirects on the middle 2-5 steps or so is bugged, but the info IS being submitted. You just need to navigate it using the left side links.
