Default Lake Rathe Gnolls

Been digging up info on lake rathe gnolls, as I remember them being different than they are now. I believe the gnolls that are currently there were put in during Luclin, but I can't find any info on an exact time.

I think all of the gnolls there spawned as the white model, like the escaped splitpaw gnolls in South Karana, and carried the same faction hits. Pictures from these links help confirm it. Currently all that I can find though.

I'm pretty sure the gnolls are correct in Lake Rathe. I use camp these with 2 other people on live way before Luclin.

Well maybe you're right, but I know at one point these gnolls were different. Whether it's before now in the timeline, or not. The Embalmer stayed the same, but the rest changed. The pictures definitely indicate they were different at one point. I guess it just bugs me because I can't completely figure it out.

The gnolls should change from 'living' to 'undead', depending if its day or night.

Is this not working?

I think he's just saying the living versions should be the white gnoll model and not the...blue? I personally don't remember

The gnolls double spawn on each other instead of replacing each other at night.

Okay, I see. I don't recall white ones aside from the high shaman, but I didn't do a lot of gnoll hunting. I know they are blue on eqlive now, but I'm not sure about classic. Will change if someone finds evidence.

Fixed, pending update. There were 2 spawns unaffected by day/night.

Holy smokes that's awesome! I knew I was on the right track! I just remember farming faction there to raise my karana residents faction. All of the gnolls would give the same faction that the escaped splitpaw gnolls did, or the gnoll embalmers. That is an awesome find!
