Wipe is not necessary. plat is a fiat currency about as worthless as the US dollar.
it's only purpose will be recharging golem wands and minor tradeskill goods. the eventual economy will mainly be a barter system like all the past boxes. if you have trouble buying spells as you level up, you are bad at EverQuest and/or have no friends. | ||

So people did that quest, obviously some more than others. Maybe modifying the reward to not yield as much plat as often is a good idea. By doing that quest while lvling for 3 hours maybe abit less/more, we had enough for banded armor for my shaman and his SK Given the amount of lizards running around out there in the feerott you can gain plat easy and lvl while your doing it. At lvl 6 you can go to wisp island and make a good deal of plat.... the point is...where do you draw the line.. Red99 is still Everquest ..just cause its red doesn't mean you don't employ your blue skills for your benefit..there are many quests out there you can do to make some plats.. the point ....stop sobbing like girl scouts that didn't meet their cookie quota | |||
