The "fresh start" last for about 3 weeks. Starting week 4 (i'm being extremely generous even giving it this long) guilds will start raiding instanced Fear/Hate. From this point moving forward, there are no rusty weapon, there is no bronze armor. Fear gets cleared 50 times per day and there is more of a market for selling loot rights than selling actual gear. From playing on Phinny I realized instancing will kill the servers because soon as players get all the gear they want, there really is not point in playing.

yeah and there's definitely more of a point wallstaring 16 hours for kunark dragons (same encounter 5 years straight)..... agnarr gonna suck guys please if you are in a/a p99 is the only GOOD eq server plz stay here.
