Can't open door to abandoned building in East Freeport

Not sure what happened to my post, but I'll try again: I created a new Cleric in Freeport, and I went to go talk to Venox Tarkog via the abandoned building in EFP, but I can't open the door. What am I doing wrong?

There's a secret entrance in the upstairs building, I believe. It will take some trial and error to find it. I know I spent quite a while trying to get in. Look for #12 on the EFP map and run against the walls to find the secret entrance.

I'd stick to North Freeport were I you.

The door is sealed for a reason and you don't want to open it. You don't want to cross that line...
