I think BDA is a legitimate scourge to the server and a leading contributor to the fall of P99.

They are responsible for Class R and C system.
They are responsible for distrust between Class R and Class C.
They are responsible for both the inception and deterioration of rotations.

The list goes on forever.

All of those things are true, but in reality, the only thing BDA ever did was become a giant bunch of hypocrits by cursing hardcore guilds on one side, and then trying to act like the king of the casual guilds on the other side.

Whether they ever existed or not, the balance of hardcore and casual guilds trying to do the content their way was never going to make everybody happy anyways. BDA was just there to play hypocritical middle man.
