Protip:

Druids have two outdoor only spells that are important. Mask and SoW. When in a dungeon, you cannot recast these relatively easily. However if you die in a dungeon group or raid, when you get a rez box, if you cast one of these spells and accept the rez box at the last second, you get rezzed and the buff gets applied after rez effects.

Used this all the time in classic and on Mac server. It helps for recovering mana faster post death if you have Mask from the second you get rezzed. Or if you need SoW for pulling indoor, you can opt to do that instead. Wolf form doesn't work sadly cause the Rez forces a zoning.

Yes and yes. We have really nice mana regen at 60, outdoors at least. Just a warning, expect everyone to hate you if you cast oak in Fear.
you can fix this by using an illusion first ( wolf form or perhaps a Guise of the Deceiver like that Eratani guy ) then when you cast Spirit of Oak you dont become a tree but bug out to be like a human or just your normal race

however sometimes you still appear as a tree to the players around you using this trick, but it should affect your visible form that you see on your computer 99% of the time which is what is most important right?
