Lots of 'a kobold caster' in toxx

I ported in to Toxx about 30 minutes ago and saw that there were 100 or more 'a kobold caster' kobolds running around the forest. Some had the name '! kobold caster' or '!! kobold caster'. I sent a petition in game shortly after porting in.

When you put it like that it makes me feel like a bad elder brother for not just AoEing until they were all gone... :/
