NPC Spawn Issue: Familiars in tower of frozen shadow should be able to see invis

Some or all of the familiars on the floor with Tserrina Sly`Tor should be able to see invis.

we were also lucky enough to avoid the familiars, which CAN see invis.

The drake type creatures must be eliminated, as they see invisible and if you're just running through the torches, it makes life much easier.

I tested this some on live, and they no longer see invisible. I wonder if that was removed, or if I didn't test enough (20+).

I did find that 1 out of 5 shrouded bats see invisible, however.

The shrouded bats that trigger Tserrina spawns are the ones that see invis. 1 in 5 seems about accurate with what I've seen on p99 too, so I think the bats are working as intended.
