Default Gaffin post your routine!

Gaffin you're probably the most fit guido on these forums.

How much do you bench/ deadlift / squat ?

Also post your routine so the fatties like Troy / estoclesand susvain can start getting into better shape

I think you mean strongest if you ask for bench deadlift and squat. Fit implies a whole different set of criteria like mile time, # of pullups, situps , v-sit

Not exactly sir. I asked for his entire routine and given the recommended 1 hour regimen of lifting you can tell general fitness levels . Cardio vascular health not necessarily included but gaffin posted his lifting pics

Start with a 3 day split
1 - Chest, shoulders and triceps
2 - Back and biceps
3 - legs
4 - Rest
Then try to mix in 20 mins of cardio a day but also remember 80% of getting fit is what you eat.

Don't forget to do 10 or 11 different variations of curls, preferably in the squat rack while looking in the mirror.

LOL at split routine. That is a good one, I definitely laughed. If you don't think these exercises increases cardio vascular health, I'd suggest you just stop trying. LOL
