Range Attack Collision Mechanic: Players can hit other players for damage

I thew a javelin at a dragon and between us was a sneak/hide rogue. The javelin hit the player for damage and broke sneak/hide.

Don't know if it was intended to register the damage against a player but definitely a good way to grief low level toons! (Snackon was in his 40s and the toon throwing the javelin was a 60 MNK)

Targeted was Esorpa of the Ring (WW Dragon):
