I cant agree with this statement. Without a variance mobs spawned exactly 3 days later or 7 days later. there was absolutely no need to track I remember prepping for raid mobs minutes before they spawn because we KNEW when it was due.

I guess my example was a poor one, I thought VSR(spawnable version of VS for druid epic) had a minor variance. Either way unless GM's plan on doing away with variance completely I can't understand a guild who wants to raid boss mobs being unwilling to track mobs they have a desire to kill. There has to be some expectation of effort otherwise competition dies completely, which sucks a lot.

Ive only recently started this past year, Love it though im going to make my own course this summer.

and tass as I remember it there really wasn't much for competition outside of who can kill it faster. Specifically waiting for Blob1 to pop in VT our guild and another both sitting fully buffed positioned etc and it popped. it was simply a dps race 51% gets loot.

"competition" was created on p99 because of variance, none of the raiding scene here is classic.
