Markar's Relocation
Was talking to a friend tonight and he was going to pick one of my alts up in FoB except he claimed that Markar's Relocation no longer evac you to the FoB ZL on a second casting once inside EJ. Can someone confirm this to make sure he wasnt doing something wrong?
FYI he is a wizard
