AC in SRo

I am high enough to camp the AC in south ro now, is there any technique that I can use to get it to spawn or is it just one of those...."HEY LOOK there it is" [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I can’t remember but back in the day I know if you walked around in a circle at 12 am while holding a frozen fish in your left hand he would spawn at 12pm....

pfft I can’t remember.
