Default Spell particle effect issue

Hail. I put this in technical forum but no responses. When pc's or npc's cast spells on targets I do not see the particle effect landing on say target but myself. How do I change it so I see everything? Kind of annoying when I can't see say Druids casting a snare on certain targets. /showspelleffects all is on, and all effects are on under the spells tab in options.

Halp!

There should be a setting in your options for particles to be self only or everyone, etc. It may be under the advanced button, I don't fully remember atm.

Yes, that is fully enabled. I originally turned it off when i played on PEQ because during raids u couldn't even see the mobs there were so many particles, now i can't get them back. Maybe reinstall titanium?

If youre typing /showspell on, then load your default ui, the newer one. Turn them on from there then set it back to your old ui.
