Mouse Hovering

When you hover mouse over Buffs, no time left or description is shown. No description of items in inventory are shown also when hovering mouse over item.
Have looked into settings and everything appears fine so don't know if it is a "Bug" or something I've overlooked on my computer. Thank you

rebooting will fix it.

i don't know what causes it, but it happens every once in a blue moon to me.

rebooting always takes care of it

This is happening on my wife's laptop.

Windows 7 Home Premiun Edition. 64 bit.

Her laptop gets turned off and rebooted everyday. Even though, we tried the reboot fix, and needless to say, it didn't work.

Would you guys happen to have any other ideas.
