I guess the hidden main requirement is "being somewhat easy/lazy/semi afk/unlikely to die where there are no passing clerics.

I'm fussy, I don't like killing city guards, maybe back to Cobalt Scar for me..

Highly suggest Bloodgills. Easy to fear kite with chants. Get a pair of Singing Steel Gaunts for like 400pp and pull with snare, 3 dots, fear, and repeat. I could do all 12 before respawns, super fast to 51 and a buffer. Money is not great, lore trident sells for 60pp. Few PP per kill, some Words. Bloodgill marauder for the medallion like mentioned earlier.
