Default Delete wsock - EQEmu

Quote:
Alright, so I am trying to play on my older laptop. For troubleshooting purposes I have disabled ALL antivirus.

I have tried running via EQEmu - outdated spell files. I have tried replacing the files in the folder with the zip found on the getting started wiki.

Run Launch Titanium - windows cannot find eqgame - which is dumb, see next

Run eqgame and I get please delete wsock32.dll
----------There is NOT a wsock in the folder to be deleted.

This is the EXACT same folder I copied from my desktop. I have changed nothing.

Any help?
Fixed. Found an odd one...make a shortcut of Launce Titanium bat to desktop, make sure it has "patchme" and it works.

Silly.

Do a fresh install from discs or your download with daemon tools. I've tried to copy and paste the entire folder on to multiple pcs. Sometimes it works fine and other times I have to just install it fresh to that pc.
