Could be decent custom content. The first round of fabled spawns had nice stuff but none of it was too overpowered that I can recall.

The focus effect seems to indicate fabled first appeared during PoP (extended range IV was something that became available for level 65 spells)

I believe Fabled mobs were introduced post Velious, so you will not see them here. Perhaps later with custom content, but that is entirely up to the Dev team.

I think people misunderstand the server.

We will not see Luclin here.

That doesn't mean that they will never implement things that have nothing to do with Luclin.

And how would you propose adding these mobs that drop this gear? With the current skill sets? With the current gear sets? With our current levels? With the effects and stats they have?

Not even remotely viable to add this.
