I've actually found gm's show up pretty quickly from a petition. I've been surprised how fast I've gotten a response. Yes. You might have to stay where you are for an hour. Or whatever. They're all volunteers though and they do their best.

I encourage anyone who thinks they have a real problem to petition.

That said. I've very rarely seen boxers. The most likely way to be sure someone is a boxer though is to catch them being controlled via chat. If a player character is being controlled via chat messages they are receiving that is against the rules. That's a pretty easy one to "catch". Other than that though you're mostly just guessing.

i was grouped with a mage inside and we had just killed gourge or whatever its name is 1/2 way thru the fight i cast shadow step on accident and was put out side. I killed my way back in and me and the mage parted ways he camped, and btw i was there before the mage and he had the decency to want to group. but i stayed and killed the giant in front of me up top then medded when the below took place. you stole my camp.

actually the mage was soloing the bottom before we grouped i was inside but you know that already.
