Although if I'm being honest, the teenager version of me playing EQ back in 2001 would definitely think you guys were absolute gaming gods.

Why can't project have 3 servers, one classic, one kunark and one velious, u don't get to transfer off classic until u kill the end bosses at least 10x each with a 6 man crew, then u can transfer off to kunark if you are lucky enough to get the drops for the quest.

1. You are mistaken in your assumption that they did this for forum fodder. They just enjoy the challenge. That they pulled it off was worth sharing. Like any other small man challenge.

2. These guys are pretty damn good at EverQuest. Raided with them for years - all smart and capable.

I cant believe there are still losers bragging about killing mobs on a 20 year old game, hate to break it to you but this has all been done before, these mobs nowadays are even soloed by 1 person. Said it before and will say it again, the main thing that made raids hard in EQ was not knowing what to do yet, every raid boss on p99 has had their strategy known for 18+ years already and ppl here even abuse clickies that most raiders didnt even use back in the original EQ days. Bragging about raiding on p99 is like bragging about being first place at the special olympics when you yourself have no mental handicap.
