Looks like that post is linked in a guild discussion forum. Maybe the OP should be banned for spamming the incorrect forum?

I think this might apply, as there is no guild recruitment section for Green/teal. But seeing as this thread is still up and people not banned, maybe it doesnt. Or the mods are on vacation.
