Something's Gone Screwy With My Launcher O_o

Hey, all, returning to the game after a several month long hiatus (with RL distractions limiting ym online time, the choice was between P99 and WoW: Legion for awhile, and WoW won LOL), downloaded the July 14th patch, tried to launch the game ... aaaand got this error:

Then I hit OK and this popped up:

Ah-HAH! Fixed it! I have Google to thank for directing me to this old thread someone posted on these forums awhile back, but taking the advice therein solved this for me:
