Gnome necros can see through walls. It's actually really useful in places like Mistmoore. I can scout the HBC camp from the Lasoons room.

Following Necro races in order from best to worst:
Iksar (the master race) Gnome (short, villainous, and handsome) Erudite (super rare necro, good shoulder item, bonechip farming utopia of Paineel) Dark Elf (Drizzt fans begone you aren't welcome) Human (bad stats and they look dumb in robes, faction is worthless) | ||

Humans have one advantage: The best guild hall in the game if you're Bertoxxulous, as you should be if you're a human necro.
Although DEs to get the best music.
