How rare is it? Who drops it. I have read conflicting things.

Wait this wep actually drops in game? For some reason I always thought it was only from those old halloween events on live

General V'ghera maybe? Seems likely that he would be the one to drop it I've never seen it drop. But I haven't been involved with killing V'ghera very much, maybe 6 or 8 times.

Reading old replys on it, appears the GM event version has the proc the kithicor one does not.

Proc and +3str +3sta dropped other night for AG. I was shocked as well, thought it was GM only. Good chance the proc is not as much aggro as the yak because the proc does not include any dot/stun/snare. Probably half the aggro of yak
