Default CB Belts as DE?

Is it possible, through illusions and casting level 8 alliance, to get high enough faction with dwarves to hand in CB belts and lego pads at level 8 as a dark elf?

Probably, depending on what atrocities you committed previously / your deity.

Doing this will make you less welcome in Oggok, especially for the warrior guild, but they don't really like anyone anyway.

Thanks a lot. Hmm is there any reason to keep this faction intact as a DE enc?

I don't think they are too big players in Norrath really. Just avoid getting too close to the guild if you farm any steins of moggok!

Yes I did this with my DE chanter. I used human illusion ,am agnostic, which you should be and can't remember if I used alliance but it can't hurt. I also did this to turn in bone chips. Note that turning in chips still leaves you KOS to the guards around kaladim. Just remember to reapply the illusion if turning in a lot at once, mostly the bone chips.
